Voor eigenaren
Huissleutels
De cilindersloten in de voordeur van de woning en in de deur van de berging die bij oplevering van de Cooltoren-appartementen zijn geleverd door BPZ. Deze kunnen worden bijgemaakt:
- Ga naar: https://sleutels.nl/dormakaba-bpz-monosleutel (opmerking: Safari browser lijkt wat problemen te hebben met deze site, probeer Firefox, Chrome of Edge)
- selecteer het aantal sleutels en het nummer dat op uw sleutel staat: “KPnnnnnn”
- upload uw sleutelcertificaat, zo’n certificaat is bij de eerste oplevering van het appartement overhandigd aan de eigenaren.
Nieuwe cilinders
Het staat iedere eigenaar vrij om de cilinders van de voordeuren en bergingen te vervangen. Let hierbij op de volgende punten:
- kies voor SKG3, drie sterren cilinders
- bepaal of het slot moet kunnen worden geopend met een sleutel aan beide zijden tegelijk aanwezig in de cilinder, de zogenaamde paniek- of hotelfunctie
- de cilinderlengte
- voordeur appartement: 30mm-30mm (Check!)
- berging: 30mm-30mm (Check!)
- of u dezelfde sleutel voor de voordeur en de berging wil
Tags
Tags (of ‘druppels’) worden gebruikt om gemeenschappelijke deuren te openen in de Cooltoren en in de parkeergarage en toegangen naar de bergingen. Tags bij laten maken en laten programmeren kan door een email te sturen naar: info@kolpavve.nl met uw naam en adres en de kleuren van de tags die u al in bezit heeft. Kosten zijn ca €35,- per tag en er zijn maximaal 6 tags (kleuren) per woning.
Indien u uw tag heeft verloren dient u een email naar techniek@cooltoren.org te sturen met uw naam, adres en de kleur van de verloren tag zodat deze tag geblokkeerd kan worden.
Brievenbussleutels
Deze kunnen niet worden nabesteld. Laat een kopie maken bij een slotenmaker

Doorkeys

Tags
Tags (or ‘fobs’) are used to open communal doors in the Cooltoren and the parking garage, as well as access points to the storage units. You can order and program additional tags by sending an email to info@kolpavve.nl, including your name, address, and the colors of the tags you already own. The cost is approximately €35 per tag, with a maximum of 6 tags (colors) allowed per apartment.
If you have lost your tag, please send an email to techniek@cooltoren.org with your name, address, and the color of the lost tag so that it can be blocked.
