De periode van 1 oktober tot 1 april noemt Eneco het stookseizoen. Vloerkoeling is dan niet beschikbaar. Zorg ervoor dat de thermostaat in die periode niet op de stand ‘automatisch’ of ‘koelen’ staat. Anders probeert de thermostaat op warme dagen aan het begin en einde van het stookseizoen toch te koelen. Dit kan als overwacht effect zelfs hebben dat het juist warmer wordt in je appartement.
