You have determined that the valves under the delivery set have not opened (nothing is protruding and no blue ring is visible). By checking which LEDs are lit on the control unit mounted near the manifold, you can identify the cause of this.
Look at the Henco box near the floor‑heating manifold and check the leftmost LED.
- Is the LED blue, and is there also a green LED lit (the 3rd LED from the left)?→ This indicates that the thermostat is in cooling mode (blue LED) and that the room thermostat (or one of the other thermostats, if you have multiple) is requesting cooling (green LED). This means the control unit wants the valves under the delivery set to open. If they still haven’t opened, there may be a wiring problem or the valves may be defective. You will need an installer to fix this.
- Is the LED blue, but there is no green LED lit? → The thermostat is in the correct mode, but there is no cooling demand. Set a lower temperature on your thermostat. After some time, the green LED should turn on, and you can check whether the valves open.
- Is the LED red?→ A thermostat setting is incorrect. Go to check the operating mode of the thermostat
- Is the leftmost LED not lit at all?→ Something is wrong with the control unit. You will need an installer.
